This activity aims to deepen reflection on the effects of the incorporation of information and communication technologies (ICTs), focusing on the conditions of production of what we call the “coloniality of knowledge, power, and being.”
Conceptual contents: Human rights and the digital environment. Economic colonialism, financial markets, and cryptomarkets. External debt, internal debt, and social debt. Networks and technological colonialism.
